Stefan Peter Greiner
Vita
Stefan-Peter Greiner was born in Stuttgart in 1966 and began learning the violin when he was 10 years old. At the age of 14, he built his first violin, having taught himself violin-making. Following his Master exam, he began working as a self-employed violin maker in Bonn.
Parallel to his violin-making, Greiner also studied art history, music and phonology at the University of Cologne from 1991 to 1997.
