Antonio Stradivari 1727 VA Cassavetti
This viola still bears an original label in which Stradivari’s stamp was applied only after the label had been attached to the instrument. Moreover, the last figure of the date was at some point altered, as unfortunately happened rather often with instruments by the Cremonese master.
