Pascal Hornung
Vita
Following many years of violin tuition, Pascal Hornung enrolled at the International School of Violin Making in Cremona. He was the pupil of master luthiers Negroni and Scarpini and received a scholarship from the Walter Stauffer Foundation. Following the successful completion of his studies in 1986, he deepened his knowledge of violin making in the workshop of Stefano Conia. In addition, he completed a 2-year course on the restoration of string instruments in 1987.
Pascal Hornung is a founding member of the Cremonese Violin Makers' Consortium.
